About the authors:
Dr. Cris Wildermuth, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Community Chair for Linked:HR, a 1M-member LinkedIngroup. An Associate Professor at Drake University, Dr. Wildermuth directs the Master of Science in Leadership Development program. She has conducted leadership and diversity programs throughout the United States, in Europe, and Latin America and has considerable expertise in personality, leadership ethics, and employee engagement. She has published a Diversity Training book with the Association for Talent Development and various articles in peer reviewed publications such as the Journal of Business Ethics, the Journal of Academic Ethics, and the Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture.
Caryn Clause Lee has had a successful consulting career including 15 years at Accenture, followed by 10 years with the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies (CentACS), in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Lee is co-author of the Narrative Big Five assessment and founded her company, Narrative Consulting, in 2014. She has traveled extensively, working throughout the United States and Europe, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, India and a two-year assignment in London. Caryn earned a B.S. in Math from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is also a graduate of the Innovation Institute at the McColl Center for Visual Arts. She is a partner with Social Venture Partners, a non-profit venture philanthropy organization, as well as a past president of OD on the Edge, an industry networking group.
